Darius Gets A Turn....
Breaks in farm work and Realtoring are brief and generally dedicated to the all important, always stressful, and often frustrating task of gathering Sales Photos & Video of the youngsters.....
There were no props today as I have simply run out of potentially scary things....so today was all about begging & groveling and promising of treats and unwavering love & devotion.

DARIUS ZFS
Darius is the slowest to develop but is still showing some nice moments. He prefers cuddles and scratches and playing with toys but being a smart boy, he gives me a trot or canter in a big circle that ends up right back with me.
He will be a brilliant partner for his person.

Quick Climb Up on the Soapbox...This morning's Facebook feeds were top heavy in mare owners lamenting breeding and/or foaling struggles....noting they had so many questions and "nobody" told them....
This morning's local pages were dotted with new homeowners lamenting nobody told them about their wells, their septic systems, and how to maintain systems in their homes....
So my morning Lament - Research & Learn BEFORE you breed.
Research & Learn before you start shopping for a home.
There are a great many online opportunities to learn about the breeding process and foaling out a mare.
There are just as many opportunities to learn about all things "home ownership."
In each case, there are also a great many professionals ready, willing, and able to take some time to share knowledge.
In both Real Estate and in Horse Breeding/training/ownership I certainly am ready and willing and able.
Education, Knowledge, and Accountability are beautiful, valuable, admirable things 🙂
