Treetops Kitty Cafe is run by the non-profit Treetops Animal Rescue. We are the first and only Cat Cafe in Chester County currently! Cat Cafes are open environments for rescue cats to mingle with visitors. We do not operate as a food service, but we offer self-serve hot beverages to sip on while you mingle with our cats. Entry fees are listed on our website along with information about how to adopt a cat from us!

Not every cat at Treetops is a lap cat — and that’s okay.

Main and Whiskers have called Treetops home since February 2023. For more than 2.5 years, they’ve lived life on their own terms — shy, independent, and happiest when admired from a distance. They may never curl up on a visitor’s lap, but they are still part of the Treetops family, and they remind us that every cat deserves safety, care, and respect.

On average, it costs about $150 to cover a cat’s stay. But for cats like Main and Whiskers, who need long-term support, the cost of food, veterinary care, enrichment, and a safe place to simply be themselves adds up quickly.

That’s why Operation 1000 Purrs matters! Your support ensures that even the cats who aren’t easily adoptable have a place where they can live safely and comfortably for as long as they need.

Moon was with us for over 2 years...Makenzie for 9 months...Sophie for over 6 months. Each cat at Treetops Kitty Cafe receives the exact care that he or she needs until they are adopted!

You have made 933 stays and adoptions possible through your generosity. Help us reach 1000 (!!!) by donating any amount that you can to provide each of the 67 remaining cats the same chance that these 16 received!

Adoption Announcement – Copper! 🐈

We’re a little late sharing the news, but Copper has been adopted! He wasn’t at the Cafe long — his beauty and calm demeanor caught the eye of his new family right away. During his time at the Cafe, he was such a respectful and gentle presence with the other kitties (and the caretakers, too!). It was truly an honor, Copper.

We’ll miss this sweet boy, but our hearts are so full knowing he has found his forever family.

Congratulations, Copper! Wishing you years of bird-watching, cozy cuddled naps, and yummy snacks.

And we have a WINNER of the Treetops Kitty Cafe Cutest Cat Contest! After 250 kitty admirers voted, we are EXCITED to announce that HOLMES has been deemed the CUTEST CAT at Treetops with 38.8% of the vote! Main came in a "close" 2nd with 29.2%, while Emma and Ladybug netted 17.2% and 14.8%! '

Thank you to all who voted! We, of course, know that ALL of our kitties are really the cutest 😻!
