🐾 Meet Blaze! 🐾

Blaze loves getting outside for walks, playing tug, exploring the yard, and spending time with his favorite people. He may greet you with a few excited jumps at first, but once those puppy wiggles settle, you'll quickly see why volunteers call him one of the sweetest boys around.

He's smart, treat-motivated, already knows how to sit, and is eager to keep learning. Blaze has also been friendly with other dogs at the shelter and enjoys having canine companions to play with, including his buddy, Coach Kerr, while they wait for their forever homes.

At just 2 years old, Silver is a gentle, affectionate girl with so much love to give. She may greet you with an excited hello, but once she's said hi, she's happiest soaking up pets, snuggling close, or heading out for a leisurely stroll by your side.

Our volunteers absolutely adore Silver and describe her as calm, sweet, and a joy to spend time with. She walks nicely on a leash, loves exploring the outdoors, and has a playful side too! She's also been friendly with other dogs at the shelter and already knows "sit," making her a wonderful companion who's ready to keep learning with her future family.

Every ticket changes a life.

Meet TicTok. ❤️

This tiny kitten came to the SPCA with his mom and siblings. Not long after arriving, he became very sick with a severe upper respiratory infection. He was lethargic, stopped acting like the playful kitten he should have been, and needed fluids, medications, close monitoring, and lots of love and TLC from our staff.

There were days when all he needed was someone to keep him warm, comfort him, and remind him he wasn't alone.

Today, thanks to that care, TicTok is getting stronger. Soon, he'll be ready to find the loving family he deserves.

Sadly, TicTok's story isn't unique.

Every week, homeless animals come through our doors needing far more than food and shelter. They need medical treatment, quarantine care to keep other animals safe, medications, warm beds, and compassionate people willing to give them the extra time and attention they need to heal.

Meet Frazzle! 🐾❤️

At just 1 year old, Frazzle is pure sunshine wrapped up in a scruffy little package. She's the kind of dog who greets everyone like an old friend, has a tail that never seems to stop wagging, and believes every day is the best day ever.

She loves toys, walks, belly rubs, and—most of all—people. Give her a little attention, and she'll happily lean in for more. Watching her do her adorable wiggly trot is enough to brighten anyone's day!

Like many young dogs, Frazzle is still polishing her leash manners. She gets so excited to explore that she can be a strong walker, but with a little patience and consistency, she's sure to become an amazing adventure buddy.
