Our bunny friends need some help. 🥰

⚠️⚠️As many of you know, our rescue barn has been shut down for over a month.

We are struggling to get in compliance with the Michigan shelter requirements so we can be granted our shelter permit. The shelter permit is a requirement due to our size, structure and facility. It will also open opportunities for us in regard to grants in the future.

One of the issues is our ceiling. It is spray foam and rafters. We need it to be waterproof and finished. Not only will this make the ceiling compliant, it will also help with our heating and cooling expenses. Due to the 14’ height, and the fact that we are bunny people, not contractors, we need a professional to do this. And we found one. That can start Monday and have it done next week. But we need money….

Labor:$2,927.06
Materials: $1,583.40
Taxes:$95.00
Total: $4,605.46 ($4510.06 without tax)

We have $1,749 leftover from the Air Conditioning fundraising.
