Clients will be receiving information on the Pet Portal, outlining services and allowing access to their pet’s medical information. They will be given the option of receiving emails and texts and can opt out of any of these services. Please update contact information and update any information on your pets. We are really excited to offer these online conveniences! (And Yes, the page reads America, New York! 🫣 We are waiting on the revision :)

Our new computer system and pet portal go live Saturday, August 16,2025. Clients will now receive emails and test messages for appointment reminders and for yearly exam and vaccine reminders. Please update us with your cell phone number and email address to receive updates and reminders. Clients can reorder medication refills, request appointments and print vaccine certificates right from their pet's portal!

You can schedule appointments, get access to your pets medical records and vaccine certificates, request medication refills and message us with any health care concerns you have with your pets. This is the level of care we provide for all our patients. Every anesthesia procedure has 2 Veterinarians caring for your pet, one performing the procedure and one administering, monitoring and tending to the anesthesia. All pets are recovered under the direct care of a Veterinarian and continually monitored in person and by video until they are discharged. Don't settle for anything less! Dr Lori

Since April the Hospital has been in the process upgrading and changing our computer systems. It’s been a lot of work but we will be going live with our new programming next week. The upgrades will bring online scheduling opportunities, pet portals, the ability to email clients appointment reminders and patient medical information. In house integration of both in house diagnostics and reference labs, printed prescription labels and client access to our new online pharmacy and compound pharmacy. Point of service pay options including text to pay. We are very excited to be able to offer these service to you but we know there will be some challenges that come with technology too. If we are moving a little slower then usual know we are working our way through some new programs and still offering you the loving care your pets deserve. Time for our annual continuing education meeting. A long weekend of new updates, internal medicine lectures and hands on labs at Cornell University College of Veterinary medicine. The office will close at 11 am on Thursday, July 24 and we will reopen on Monday, July 28 at 8 am. If your pet needs any medical attention while we are away, we have arranged several options for you to choose from. Call the office at 716-483-1762 and a list of clinics and phone numbers will be available to you.
