The Chautauqua Patrons team had a great time at this year’s I-Day! It’s always great connecting with industry professionals, seeing familiar faces, and meeting new ones!

And to top it all off, we were also able to celebrate our CEO, Brian Willink’s birthday, making the day even more special! 🎉

After a strong windstorm passes through, it’s important to take a few moments to safely check your property.

🏠 Windstorm Safety Tips:

• Watch for downed power lines and keep a safe distance.

• Be cautious of loose debris, damaged trees, or unstable structures.

• If you notice roof, siding, or property damage, document it with photos when it’s safe to do so.

• Avoid making temporary repairs in unsafe conditions.

Christine Nary, Shanelle Waller, and Maci Johnson were on the road again to personally hand-deliver our Premier Agent Award trophies to the agents who earned them for their outstanding year in 2025! 🏆 While we weren’t able to capture photos from these visits, we’d still like to recognize Southern Tier Realty Co and Alliance Insurance for being Premier Agent Award winners as well. After 37 years with Chautauqua Patrons, Mark Prechtl officially retired in December 2025. Over the years, Mark wasn’t just a leader we respected — he was someone people genuinely enjoyed working with. His steady guidance, integrity, and willingness to always lend a hand made a lasting impact on our team. Mark has been a trusted coworker, a mentor, and a friend, and his presence will truly be missed. As he begins this next chapter, we wish him all the happiness in the world and hope retirement brings him plenty of time to relax, enjoy life, and do all the things he loves most.

This past week, UWCHQ 2025 Campaign Co-Chair Lisa Goodell visited Chautauqua Patrons Insurance Company to celebrate their contribution to our annual fundraising campaign!

This year, the team raised $3,216.20 to support United Way’s impact in the community!

We’re so grateful for businesses like Chautauqua Patrons that empower their employees to give back through payroll pledge campaigns.

Donating to United Way is a simple yet impactful way of investing in lasting community change and directly impacting the lives of residents here in Chautauqua County.

What makes this moment extra special is that Chautauqua Patrons had recently unearthed a newspaper clipping from 2016’s campaign — featuring then Campaign Chair Hans Auer and former United Way of Southern Chautauqua County Executive Director Tory Irgang

Seeing the photos a decade apart is a powerful reminder of the company’s long-standing commitment to the community and to United Way.
