The USDA APHIS has delayed the implementation of the Horse Protection Act (HPA) amended rules until February 1, 2026โbut this is NOT a cancellation.
We must keep up the pressure to protect our horse community.

APHIS is requesting feedback on whether to extend the delay further. This is our opportunity to push back and demand they halt these harmful regulations permanently.
