We had the pleasure of partnering with Shelly Samuels from Affinity Skilled Living and Rehabilitation Center to host a CEU event focused on supporting professionals in our field with meaningful education and collaboration.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who was able to attend. It was wonderful seeing so many familiar and new faces come together for a valuable evening of learning and connection.

A special thank you goes to Diane Zombori of Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. who delivered an insightful presentation on “Effective communication with dealing with goals of care conversations”. Her expertise shed light on the sensitive yet critical skills needed to navigate care discussions with clarity, empathy, and confidence. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, and many walked away with actionable tools they can bring back to their daily practice.

And of course thank you to Shelly and the team at Affinity Skilled Living for being such a gracious host and opening the doors of your beautiful facility. Your hospitality set the tone for warm and welcoming event.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to come together, share knowledge, and strengthen the partnerships that allow us to better serve our community. Here’s to more events like this in the future!
