Some days it feels like weāre speedrunning medicine

But hereās the thing⦠clients remember how we made them feel just as much as (and sometimes maybe even more than) what we did for their pet.
š” When they feel heard, theyāre more likely to follow the plan, less likely to call back with the same questions, and way more likely to trust you long term.
That doesnāt mean adding 20 minutes to every appointment.
It means:

Walking in with context so youāre not starting from zero

Asking the questions that uncover the real concerns

Using your team like the superheroes they are

Giving yourself permission to say, āWe need more time on this, letās follow up in a week to continue the conversationā
Small changes, big impact.
Because a calmer client, clearer plan, and fewer āWait, what?ā moments benefit the pet and your sanity.
