Happy Veterinary Receptionist Week! 🐾😻🐾

This week, we’re celebrating the heart of our front desk — the friendly faces, calming voices, and multitasking superheroes who keep everything running smoothly.

They’re the voices on the phone, the warm welcomes at the front desk, and the calm during busy days.

From answering endless phone calls and scheduling appointments, to comforting worried pet parents and welcoming every wagging tail and curious kitty — our receptionists do it all with compassion and grace.

They are often the first hello and the last goodbye, and they play such a vital role in every pet’s care journey.

Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your dedication to both our clients and their beloved pets. We couldn’t do it without you!

Meet Piperooni! 🐈 Pip has had a lot of adventures packed into his first year of life; his most recent was a broken leg. Being a wild boy Pip accidentally got his leg stuck between the bed and frame while playing and in an attempt to get himself out he broke his leg.

We were able to comandere the help of Dr. Fitzwater to fix Piperooni's leg by performing the surgery at our clinic. 🩺 🦴 Dr. Fitzwater is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and was able to pin his leg back into place; he was very grateful for this as the only other option was amputation.

Pip has had a long recovery of trying to stay quiet, calm, and get rest. Thankfully he's got a wonderful family who helped him every step of the way. Today marks 12 weeks post surgery and we are happy to report he is doing great! 🧡 He is back to his normal self and searching for new adventures (just less traumatic ones now 😅).
