Texas Litter Control Low Cost Spay/Neuter and Vaccinations for Cats and Dogs We now operate three clinics for cats and dogs. One organization cannot do it all.

Texas Litter Control, "TLC", is an animal welfare organization existing for the sole purpose of supporting our animals, pet owners and animal shelters. TLC started as a single high quality, high volume spay/neuter and wellness clinic for cats and dogs in an 800 foot trailer. TLC offers an expanded access to healthcare programs for those who cannot afford full service veterinary clinics. We maintai

n a shelter intervention program (HelpMeKeepMyPet.com) to help people keep their pets in a time of crisis. TLC has training programs for veterinary surgeons and clinic staff (TLCEducationStation.org). We offer spay/neuter transport services to underservices areas. We maintain a petfood pantry for people needing short term assistance. Texas Litter Control is also responsible for changing the Montgomery County ordinances to protect community cats We also act as a provider for Harris County's community cat program These community cat programs have saved hundreds of cats a year. TLC believes in changing with the times Other communities have come up with so many innovative ways to reduce the suffering of pets and their people. We host an annual conference called the United Pet Rescuers Conference. This conference shows off what others are doing and brings the animal welfare community together. We have performed over 100,000 spay/neuter services since we were founded. Spaying and neutering is still the number one way to help your community. You can join us in supporting your local shelters by just fixing your pets and spreading the word! Stay tuned for more life saving programs!

Ya’ll, please explain to us how no one has scooped up this gem??!!

Mere is not only beautiful and barely more than a kitten (eight months old), but she is adorably cross eyed!!! All her babies and her sister have been adopted. Can we find a furever home for this sweet momma so she doesn’t get lonely??!!

We maintain a pet food pantry for people needing short term assistance.
