With summer creeping up, we have been busy bees here at WAAC. We didn't want to let our doctor of the month go unnoticed though. Thank you so much for all your many years of compassion, devotion, & amazing smiles here at WAAC. You are truly inspiring & loved by so many. Congratulations to Dr. Meredith Novosad. Next month also marks her 17 years with us. 🥂Here's to many more!

Meet Charlie!

Charlie is an adorable and affectionate little guy. He was originally found by someone who, unfortunately, could no longer care for him. We were initially told he might have some behavioral issues, but after giving him lots of love and a full temperament test, we quickly realized that wasn’t the case at all!

Charlie is incredibly sweet—he loves treats, enjoys his walks, and just wants to be around people. He passed all of his temperament tests with flying colors interactions with other dogs, people, and even cats!

He’s estimated to be about 1 year and 8 months old and is a miniature poodle. Charlie is definitely a little clingy, so if you’re looking for a loyal companion who always wants to be by your side, he might be your perfect match!

He is now neutered! Charlie is also heartworm positive, but don’t worry—his treatment will be covered here at the clinic.

If you’re interested in giving Charlie a loving home, please reach out and ask for Briana!

HOORAY! It's Rocket's day to shine!
Happy national golden retriever day.

Rocket says, "Come by and see why this is the coolest breed out there. Bring me a scooby snack while you're at it."

Rocket is our very adorable 11 year old golden that walks the clinic, making sure everyone's crumbs are picked up off the floors. He's also occasionally seen carrying charts around for our receptionists, & he is the greatest at donating blood to our patients in need. We all love & adore this big lug. ❤️

UPDATE!
Remember Kobie, the owner surrender pup that WAAC had up for adoption?
Well Kobie has been adopted & has been doing so well in her new home. Our sweet silly girl has found her forever home. We are so grateful that she was able to find a home before the holidays. She has settled in nicely & has become a very beloved family member.

From Kobie's new family:
She is the belle of the neighborhood! She has met so many people since being adopted. She is so awesome. She is obsessed with rabbits that have built a nest in our bushes and she just goes crazy every time she's out there. So she is definitely getting her exercise.
