With June being right around the corner, you all know what that means… It’s time for our next dog photo of the month contest!🐾

If you’re new here: The Happy Retriever is excited to introduce to you our dog photo of the month contest! 🐶 Every month we will be selecting one picture from each our of our trainers as candidates for this contest.

We are asking 🌟YOU🌟 to vote on your favorites! The trainer whose photo receives the most votes will win a prize and your dog will be featured on our page as the dog of the month!🤩

Fridays fantastic doggos finished up the week with lots of fun training and play sessions!🐶 These pups had a blast zooming around the agility equipment and exploring the ball pit🎾 They also got some much needed energy out while they romped through the play yard with their friends!🐕

Thursdays doggos absolutely aced their training sessions today!🐶 These dogs did an outstanding job working on their heel positioning while on structured walks around the facility🐕 These pups also didn’t let a mid-day downpour stop them from having a blast while playing outside!🌧️

Wednesdays wonderful pooches soaked up the sunshine during their training sessions!☀️ These pups did a pawfect job working on their in-motion commands around the facility🐾 They also practiced holding place while being surrounded by tons of distractions!🎾

We all would like to wish Miss Millie a very happy 4th birthday!🐶🥳 Today’s doggos had a blast working on their long line recall and retrievals in the sunshine☀️ They also did amazing during their pack walks where they pawfectly practiced their heel positioning and look command🐾

These pawfect pups would like to wish everyone a happy Memorial Day!🇺🇸🐾 Today’s doggos didn’t let the rain stop them from having fun while exploring the agility equipment or playing in the ball pit🌧️ In the afternoon, the puppies worked on proper play while the older dogs practiced their trick training such as ‘rebound’ and ‘orbit’🐕

We finished up the week by welcoming a new program graduate to our pack, Lucy!🎓 Fridays fantastic pups had a blast working on their heel positioning while jogging along with the bike!🚲 The doggos also got some much needed energy out with some indoor and outdoor agility sessions!🐕

New season, new vibes! 🐾

We’re officially “dropping the drop-ins” and “packing in the pack walks” for the summer.

We’ve found our clients (and their pups!) thrive most when they get out of the training room and into the real world.
