Rising Star Equestrian Center, Inc. is a full service hunter/ jumper training and boarding facility

Rising Star Equestrian Center is situated on 13 acres accommodating a 50 box stall barn and 17 turnout paddocks. Facilities also include a 300' X 75' indoor ring, two outdoor rings, heated grooming area with six grooming stalls and two wash stalls, a heated tack room and two heated restrooms.

Catching up on a most fantastic week for Team Rising Star at Head of the Bay! Everyone rode so beautifully and had a wonderful week- we are so proud of all of your accomplishments!

⭐️ Elizabeth Harding Champion of the Mini Equitation with Traveler’s Way and 9th in the $1,500 Ch/Adult 2’3”-2’6” Hunter Derby
⭐️ Sonya Hoffmann and MTM Eastwood Champion .95m jumpers 💨
⭐️ Jenny Swanson and her longtime partner Chantella rode to Champion of the Low Jr/Amateur Jumpers
⭐️ Cairdeas and Taylor Chen brought home Champion of both the Low Adult Equitation and Low Adult Hunters, AND the win in the $1,500 Ch/Adult 2’3”-2’6” Hunter Derby
⭐️ Cote d’Argent and Stella Patenaude Reserve Champion Green Hunter 3’3”
⭐️ Tracy Harding rode to Reserve Champion in the Ch/Ad Equitation with Floor
⭐️ Elizabeth Kinney and Lemon were Reserve Champion of the 15-17 Equitation
⭐️ Lauren McCarthy and Castlebridge Pacquiao were Reserve Champion in both the Long Stirrup Equitation and Long Stirrup Hunters
⭐️ Lauren Hall and Heads or Tails had their horse show debut bringing home Reserve Champion in the WTC Crossrail Hunters and 1st in the Classic!
⭐️ Bridgit Douglas and MTM Delight rode to 4th in the USHJA National Hunter Derby with scores of 82 and 85 in the Handy!
⭐️ Alex Wright and MTM Nik won the MHC Adult Medal qualifying for finals!
⭐️ Madyson Macpherson and her new partner Zazu 3rd in the WTC Crossrail Classic!

Lake Placid- the best weeks of a horseman’s summer! Cote d’Argent and Stella Patenaude brought home ribbons in the 3’3” AO Hunters including 2nd over fences and 3rd in the hack, Heather van Aelst and Clickbait placed 4th in the NEHC Adult Medal and 5th in the NHS Adult Medal with an 84 over fences, Juliet Gallinaro and Trattoria Masseure scored an 84 in the Low Children’s Hunters and brought home a pair of 2nds and 4ths, and Elizabeth Kinney and Lemon placed 7th in the Taylor Harris out of a large field! Such a beautiful and historic venue and we can’t wait to go back! 🏔️

Catching up on Fieldstone June Week 2 for Team Rising Star! So many great rides and personal bests and just a few highlights include MTM Delight and Bridgit Douglas riding to a 6th in the USHJA National Hunter Derby out of a field of 40 along with a 1st and 2nd in the 3’ Green Hunters. MTM Eastwood and Sonya Hoffmann were 3rd in the .95 Jumper Classic, Lauren McCarthy and Castlebridge Pacquiao were Champion in the Long Stirrup Equitation, and Taylor Chen and Cairdeas were Champion in the Child/Adult Hunters! A great couple of weeks for everybody and as always we have the best support system both at home and on the road 💕.

Was another great weekend at Fieldstone for the Rising Star crew! So proud of everyone’s progress and results so far this summer! A few highlights include Stella Patenaude and Cote d’Argent riding to 3rd in the USHJA National Hunter Derby as well as Stella scoring an 85 making her the highest scoring amateur! Way to go! Katherine Goggin and Tibri’s Saturday Sun captured Champion in the Pre Child/Adult Hunters, Heather van Aelst and Clickbait continued their success in the 3’3” AO Hunters bringing home Reserve Champion, Juliet Gallinaro won both the MHJ and MHC Mini Medals and qualified for finals! Elizabeth Russell and FGF Just Sayin’ rode to 4th in the Adult Amateur Hunter Classic, Taylor Chen rode Cairdeas to a 5th place finish in the NEHJA 2’6” Hunter Derby with a slick handy round, Sonya Hoffman jumped to 5th in the .75m Jumper Classic, and Ainsley Allen and her new partner Heads or Tails had their horse show debut in the WTC Crossrail Division and brought home a blue! Massive Congratulations to all and on to week 2 we go! 🏆🌺

It was a fantastic week for the Rising Star crew at HITS last week! Alex Wright and MTM Nik continued their winning ways bringing home Champion in the Modified Adult Hunters their first time moving up! Taylor Chen and Cairdeas were Reserve Champion in both the Jr/Adult Equitation and Saugerties Adult Hunters, Heather Van Aelst and Clickbait brought home a blue in the Amateur Owner 3’3”, Elizabeth Kinney took home a third in the NEHC Junior Medal out of a large and competitive group, and Allie Joyce and Bridgit Douglas with Night Moves and MTM Delight had beautiful trips in the USHJA Open 3’ Derby with Allie and Night Moves scoring an 87.5 just missing the second round! So proud of all of our riders and horses for such a super week. We’re blessed to have the village that we do both at home and on the road. Success starts in the barn and we are so thankful and excited for this summer! 🏆🌺

Team Rising Star had another fun and successful week at Fieldstone! Congratulations to Heather van Aelst and Clickbait who were Reserve Champion in the 3’3” Amateur Owner Hunters, Alex Wright and MTM Nik 3rd in the Open 2’6” Derby, Liz Russell and FGF Just Sayin’ 3rd in the Amateur Adult Hunter Classic, Meg Hagen and Pro Se 3rd in a large THIS/ NHS Adult Medal, and Elizabeth Harding 2nd in the MHC Mini Medal qualifying for finals! Also, a special shoutout to both Tracy Harding and Mia McNiece, each with a win in the Pre Adult Hunters and Tracy on her horse show debut with her new partner, Floor. Thank you .showpark for a great couple weeks of competition! On to HITS we go! 🔜🏆

Team Rising Star had a great first week of the Fieldstone Spring Festival! Some results highlights include Alex Wright and MTM Nik Champion of the Child/Adult Special Hunters as well as Mia McNiece and Nik’s show debut in the Pre Adult Hunters, Allie Joyce and Cairdeas Champion of the USHJA 2’6” Hunters, Lauren McCarthy and Castlebridge Paquiao Reserve Champion of the Long Stirrup Hunters, Liz Russell and FGF Just Sayin’ Champion of the .95m jumpers, Heather van Aelst and Clickbait with blues in the 3’3” AO Hunters and a win in the under saddle, Meg Hagen with a 2nd in the NEHC Adult Medal qualifying for finals, and Bridgit Douglas and MTM Delight making their 3’0” Green Hunter debut as well as a 9th place finish in the 3’0” Open Hunter Derby! Also a huge congratulations to Katherine Goggin on her new partnership and show debut with Tibri’s Saturday Sun! On to week 2! 💪🌸🏆

Super Fun End of Year IEA Party at Kimball’s! We want to Congratulate Graduation Seniors Dune Halstead, Grace Macaechen and Juliet Alexander. We are also excited to celebrate a successful season while enjoying time together outside of the barn! We did get hit by a rain storm during bumper boats but I think it added to the fun! Thanks to everyone who made it out! May the 4th be with you!

Our second week at Tryon International was more amazing than the first week! Liz Russel and FGF Just Sayin’ Jumped their first 1.0m jumper class and was 1st in Ariat Adule Medal. Alexandra Wright and MTM Nik placed 2nd in both the Tryon Low Adult Medal and the Low Adult Hunter Challenge! Lauren McCarthy and Castlebridge Paquiao earned their first blue ribbon over fences and received Reserve Champion in the Cross Rail Division! Hyde Gildea & K scored her first 80 and the blue ribbon in the Long Stirrup Challenge! Elizabeth Harding and Travelers Way earned Blue Ribbon rides in both the Tryon Low Children’s Medal and the Low Children’s Hunter Challenge. Night Moves and Allison Joyce had consistent rides and ribbons in the 3’3’ Performance Hunters. MTM Eastwood and Sonya Hoffmann are continuing to have clean rides in the .90 Jumpers! MTM Delight and Bridgit Douglas had a clean sweep in the Young Hunter Division! What a show we had and we cannot wait to go back!

We had a great first week at Tryon Welcome Series. Highlights include Hyde Gildea winning her first Blue with K! MTM Delight also won his first Blue ribbon this week! Bridgit Douglas and Alex Wright competed in the Open Derby placing third and fourth with MTM Delight and MTM Nik! Alex also had top ribbons in the 2’6’ hunter division. Liz Russell and FGF Just Sayin’ were Champion in the Take 2 Hunters and Qualified for NHS! Lauren McCarthy and Castlebridge Paquiao were Reserve Champion WTC division, also winning a blue, and had great rounds over fences. Elizabeth Harding and Travelers Way had top ribbons in the low children’s hunter! Sonya Hoffmann and MTM Eastwood are moving up the ranks and showed in their first .90 class! Allison Joyce and Night Moves were third and fourth in the 3’ Hunters (also had some fun in the jumper ring!) Lemon and Elizabeth Kinney had great rounds in both the equitation and the jumper rings! We are ready for another week here in the mountains! 🏆
