Originally established as an egg and chicken farm in the 1950's by the Nickerson family the farm evolved into what it is today, specializing in turkeys and fresh local produce. In addition to the store located on Prentice Street, Out Post has an additional fifty acres of field and orchard located on Highland Street near the Holliston/Ashland line.
