Fenrir is a trainee here at the retreat, and this boy has STOLEN my heart! He arrived with some bad manners and anxiety, but within just a couple of weeks, I’ve shown him how to channel that anxiety and stop pulling on the leash. He’s the smartest and sweetest boy! Dogs like him are what make training so much fun! ❤️❤️

Open Positions:
1. Part-Time Kennel Tech
* College age or older
* 20-30 hrs/week (Starts 2–8 PM shift, may move to mornings after training)
* Pay based on experience

We’re looking for people who are:
Hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable, self-motivated, organized, and—above all—dog lovers!�Laziness, bad attitudes, or unreliability will not be a good fit.
This job is hands-on, physical, and requires responsibility. It’s not just playing with dogs (though you’ll do that too!). You'll be cleaning, feeding, bathing, handling calls, doing laundry, monitoring behavior, and maintaining a clean, safe, happy environment.
Ideal experience:
* Animal care or kennel work
* Ranch/farm work a plus
* Computer skills (QuickBooks, online booking systems)
* Comfort with all breeds/sizes
* Must work weekends, holidays, evenings
We’re a busy boarding, daycare, grooming, and training facility. If you're passionate about dogs and have a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!
