I hope this message finds you and your furry friends well. I wanted to take a moment to share some important updates about my business and how they may impact the service you've come to expect for your beloved pets.
Important Reminder
As a single person, there are limits to what I can do in a single grooming session. I believe in putting your pet's humanity over vanity – if your pet hasn't had any grooming at home, it's unrealistic for me to work miracles in just one session. Please try to brush your pets regularly with the correct brushes and consider trimming in between appointments if possible. This will make their grooming sessions much more enjoyable for them and easier for me! You no Brushey Brushey I'm gonna shavey shavey 😂🫡
Change of Location
Firstly, a gentle reminder that I'm no longer operating out of the Bowie Pet Clinic location. Instead, I'm solely at the beautiful RW Canine Retreat in Bellevue, Texas. This amazing space offers a wonderful environment for your pet, and your pet will still have the luxury of one-on-one express! Please note that the Retreat requires all pets to be up-to-date on their vaccinations such as Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella. If your pet isn't current, they'll need to wait 2 weeks after their vaccinations before coming in for a spa day. I will still be offering Taxi services to the retreat and in home nail trimming as I'm able to!
Prioritizing Health and Wellbeing
As many of you know, balancing the demands of running a business while being a mother and spouse is always a challenge. Recently, I've been dealing with some back issues that are putting that balance to the test, and making it difficult for me to handle pets who are challenging to groom, regardless of their size. I have to prioritize my health so I can continue providing the best service possible for all pets. Please understand that if I have to inform you I'm not able to handle your pet until further notice, it's because I want to avoid any accidents that could hurt them or me. Your pet's safety is always my top priority.
Limited Availability
I'm excited to share that I've taken on a new job, but this means my availability for pet grooming will be limited for the time being. I appreciate your understanding as I navigate this transition. I'm committed to making it work, but I may need some extra grace from time to time in responding to messages or scheduling appointments. Mrs. Brenda is still full time at the kennel so your furry friends still have a BFF there! I also visit with the pups often up at the kennel 💓
A New Chapter
On a personal note, I've decided to stop updating my page starting June 1st. I'm embarking on a healing journey and need to focus my energy there. This is the last post I'll be making until further notice, and the automated messages will direct you to me or the Kennel! I will no longer be responding to Facebook messages, thank you! I deeply appreciate your loyalty, past patronage, and flexibility as I make these necessary changes. I'm excited about this new chapter and the opportunity to continue serving you and your pets in the best way possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.
