When Nimona was dumped at the Purvis city shelter, her condition left staff heartbroken. Her fur was so matted it pulled painfully at her skin, hiding sores, fleas, and layers of long-term neglect. It was clear she hadn’t felt comfort or care in a very long time.

That’s when Hub City Humane Society stepped in.

Today, she’s safe, clean, and finally beginning to heal — inside and out. Nimona’s transformation is just beginning, and her spirit is already shining brighter every day.
