Evon is a handsome, all-black boy, who is very affectionate. As soon as you make eye contact, he starts purring. When you call his name, he always answers. Even when he’s too sleepy to make a sound/speak, you can see his little red tongue, so you know he’s trying to respond. He’s full of energy and will explore anywhere that catches his interest.

Evon is still cautious around new people and environments and may run for cover, but once he gets to know you, he relaxes and will be looking for a lap to fall asleep on.

If you’re looking for a pair, Evon would love to be adopted with his stripey sister Tiger Lily (posted separately on our website.)

Can you feel the love? ❤ OMG, these pictures are worth a thousand words! Angel (now Winnie), who was adopted last month is such an important member of her loving family ... this is exactly what we wish for all of our rescues. 🐾

"Sending photos of my family with Angel, now Winnie. We took Winnie away with us overnight ... she is an amazing little puppy who is the center/heart/baby of the family. I cannot thank you enough for orchestrating this. She literally saved me from drowning in grief when we lost Casey. It doesn’t fix it, but it sure does help. The kids are obsessed with her and so am I."
