NorthPaws Animal Hospital is owned and operated by Dr. Deanna Becker and opened on December 4th, 2017 in Hagerstown, MD. We provide complete medical and surgical care for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, ferrets and smaller pets. It is our mission and privilege to provide your loved pet with the kind of exceptional, personalized and affordable health care that we expect for our own pets. We are conveniently located on Leitersburg Pike in Hagerstown, Maryland.

🏐💥 It’s that time of year again! 💥🏐

Our teams are gearing up once again for the annual MUDD Volleyball Tournament through the Community Free Clinic of Washington County! 🌧️🟤🔥 We’re ready to get down and dirty for a great cause and another unforgettable day of muddy fun.
Get ready for muddy dives, messy serves, and lots of laughs as we battle it out on the court. We’re excited to represent, have fun, and make some unforgettable memories along the way!

Come cheer us on and support the team as we (try to) bump, set, and spike through the mud! 💪🏐

If you would like to make a donation to the cause, in-person donations can be made at the office. Online fundraising will be available in the future — more info to come!

Today we’re celebrating 6 wonderful years with Dr. De Meo! 🎉🐾

Over the years, she has brought exceptional care, dedication, and compassion to every patient and client she meets. Her passion for dock diving and agility with her Icelandic Sheepdogs gives her a special appreciation for the needs of high-performance and working dogs — experience that shines through in the thoughtful care she provides every day.

Known for her incredible attention to detail and sharp critical thinking, Dr. De Meo is an invaluable part of our team and a trusted advocate for her patients. And as if that weren’t enough, she’s also a darn good bread maker. 🍞

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need refills; we kindly ask for a 24-hour (one business day) notice to ensure we can accommodate your requests. A rush medication fill fee will apply for refills with less than 24-hour notice.
