We have a client looking for a home for his dog, Charlie. Here is what he said about him:
Charlie was born 01/07/2023 so he’s almost 3. He’s chipped and up to date on vaccination and vet appointments.
DNA test showed 16 breeds, the predominant 4 are: 19% shepherd, 22% lab retriever, 10% miniature pinscher, and 14% beagle.
He has a sweet, gentle but playful spirit. My daughter in law describes him this way, “he acts like everyday is the best day of his life”.
He loves walks, balanced with naps on the couch. He likes to crawl up beside you and rest his head on your leg.
Charlie is very curious. When he barks it’s mostly to cover his own insecurities and quickly warms up to people.
Like most dogs, he’ll give chase to a cat, if given the opportunity. (He’s never gotten to know one personally however.)
He’s grown out of chewing furniture but still has gone after a shoe on occasion. I am convinced he does it when he’s mad at me for leaving him alone.
Overall, he is a great companion!
