ADOPTION FAIRS: Every second and fourth Saturday from 1-3 pm at Sheets Pet Clinic in Greensboro, NC. For an application, please email [email protected]. ADOPTION FEE: $100 for one cat, 6 months or older; $150 for two adopted together to the same home, 6 months or older. $125 for each kitten, $200 for two kittens adopted at the same time. ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES: FeLV and/or FIV test / FeLV vaccinations for kittens / spay or neuter / microchipping and registration / up-to-date vaccinations / flea treatment / deworming / lots of loving. Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure you've found a match for your household. Even after the two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason. 🧡 Ginger Cat Appreciation Day: Part 5 🧡

Franklin is what happens when you take one handsome orange and white tabby, give him giant pumpkin eyes, approximately zero brain cells, and an unlimited supply of affection. This boy is a total extrovert who has never met a stranger and has absolutely no interest in personal space.

With his perfectly peachy orange coat, snowy white face and chest, bright golden pumpkin eyes, and those wonderfully expressive whiskers, Franklin is almost comically adorable. But his looks are only half the story.

Franklin is TALKATIVE. He has opinions, announcements, questions, and probably several completely unnecessary updates to share with you throughout the day. He will happily chat away while following you around, because wherever the people are, that is exactly where Franklin needs to be.

His favorite activity is head bumping literally everything. Your hand? Head bump. Your leg? Head bump. Another cat? Probably head bump. Random nearby object? Franklin sees no reason why it should not receive affection too. Then he will rub his entire body all over you like he is trying to permanently attach himself to his favorite human.

Franklin may be a little light on brain cells, but he is absolutely overflowing with sweetness. He is silly, social, affectionate, curious, and completely convinced that every moment is an appropriate moment for attention.

If you are looking for a lovable orange goofball with giant pumpkin eyes, a loud little voice, and enough affection to rub all over your entire life, Franklin would like to meet you.

🧡 Ginger Cat Appreciation Day: Part 4 🧡

Meet Henry, an orange and white little part time menace who may only be 50% orange by genetics, but is 100% orange boy by behavior.

Just look at those enormous ears, sweet pink nose, bright curious eyes, and that innocent little face. He looks like a perfectly well behaved baby who would never cause trouble.

Do not be fooled.

Henry is a certified wild man. One minute he is zooming around like a tiny orange tornado, tearing through the house at maximum speed. The next, he is standing guard over his toys like they are prized trophies from his latest big game hunt. Nobody touches Henrys treasures. Nobody.

And then suddenly, the mayhem stops.

Put Henry into the arms of his favorite human and this little firecracker transforms into the softest, butteriest, meltiest baby imaginable. All that chaos simply melts away as he settles into his humans arms, proving that even the wildest orange boys have a very tender side.

Henry may be only half orange on the outside, but there is absolutely no denying that he has a FULL ORANGE SOUL.

Wild. Ridiculous. Toy obsessed. Completely adorable.

🧡 Ginger Cat Appreciation Day: Part 3🧡

Meet Mac, a buff orange and white HAM with the face of a cat who has absolutely no idea what is going on, and honestly, that may be his greatest talent.

Just look at this face. Those big, round, wide eyed expressions, giant whiskers, pink nose, and adorably bewildered stare make Mac look like he has just been asked the most complicated question of his life and is waiting for someone else to come up with the answer. He is basically a walking punchline with whiskers.

Mac is our resident class clown and professional comedic relief. He has a knack for turning completely ordinary moments into something hilarious simply by existing. And despite his goofy, perpetually clueless expression, this handsome hunk is actually a pretty easy going, totally chill fellow.

He is also surprisingly fashion forward. Mac will tolerate wearing clothes, which is pretty impressive considering most cats would file an immediate complaint with management.

But there is one thing Mac takes very seriously: his street cred.

Mac did his time on the streets and apparently decided that experience earned him top dog status once he moved indoors. He is choosy about his feline friends and would prefer to personally interview any potential roommates before giving them the privilege of sharing his kingdom.

So if you are looking for a cat who will make you laugh every single day, Mac is your guy. He is handsome, hilarious, chill, fashionably accessorized, and completely convinced that he runs the place.

And honestly, that clueless little face makes it very difficult to argue with him. 💛🤍

🧡 Ginger Cat Appreciation Day: Part 2 🧡

Meet George, a dreamy ginger gentleman with the sweetest old soul and a heart made for quiet companionship.

George has the most wonderfully peaceful face, soft dreamy eyes, and those adorable little curled ears that make him look like he has been listening to the world with gentle wisdom for many years. Draped in warm ginger fluff, he looks perfectly at home surrounded by autumn leaves, pumpkins, and cozy blankets.

But George does not need much to be happy. Give this sweet old soul a cozy lap, a sunny window seat, and someone who will appreciate his quiet presence, and he will be perfectly content. He is the kind of cat who would happily curl up beside you while the world carries on around him.

George would prefer to be someone’s only child, where he can soak up all the love and attention his gentle heart deserves. He is not looking for a busy household or a feline entourage. He is looking for his person.

🧡 Ginger Cat Appreciation Day: Part 1 🧡

We’re just here to remind everyone of our gentle giant, Skipjack, a magnificent ginger gentleman who appears to have been assembled from equal parts lion, teddy bear, and pure floof. Orange cat behavior shown here as proof of his ginger status even though he’s really a blonde 💛

This giant handsome fellow has the most wonderfully fluffy paws, a luxurious cream and ginger coat, and a broad, lion like face that gives him the look of a miniature jungle king. Those soft green eyes and long white whiskers only add to his irresistible charm. He’s taller and heavier than most toddlers. 🤭

Skipjack is gloriously floofy from head to toe, with a belly that practically begs to be admired and paws that look positively oversized for his body. He has the kind of majestic presence that makes you stop and stare, but there is something wonderfully soft and sweet about his expression that makes you want to reach right through the photo and give him a giant hug. But he’s clever and a little petty and a little too obsessed with snacks: hence how he guards our breakroom snacks like a loyal soldier. 🦁

On Ginger Cat Appreciation Day, we think Skipjack deserves to be celebrated for exactly what he is: a spectacularly fluffy, big pawed, lion hearted ginger boy who is impossible not to adore.

All of these beautiful adult boys + 2 dainty girls have so much love to give, but many are waiting patiently for someone to open their home and give them a chance. They do not need a fancy nursery or a picture perfect house. They simply need a safe place to land, a comfy spot to nap, some patience, and a human willing to let them show just how wonderful they can be. They weren’t meant to spend their life off the streets inside cramped cages.
