Sound enrichment helps create a calmer, more stimulating environment, reducing stress and giving cats a little taste of the world beyond their kennels while they wait for loving homes.

🎉 Tank has some exciting news to share! 🎉

🐾 Thanks to this incredible community, we've officially raised more than $12,000 toward our $40,000 goal for the 2nd Annual Freedom to Thrive Campaign! 💗

That means we're making a real difference for the animals at Guilford County Animal Services—but we're not done yet.

⏰ We have less than one week left! Our campaign ends Friday, July 31, and every gift helps us provide the support, enrichment, and advocacy that shelter animals need while they wait for loving homes.

💚 "I've been here a long time... but thanks to some pretty incredible people, my days are filled with joy while I wait."

Hi, friends. It's Slim Jim from Guilford County Animal Services. 👋

I've had adventures on Dogs Day Out, enjoyed a Dunkin' pup cup, splashed around in a life vest, curled up on soft blankets, and spent time with volunteers who make me feel loved. Those moments don't just happen—they're made possible by people who believe every shelter pet deserves the chance to thrive while waiting for a family.
