Even thick-coated breeds like Huskies or Malamutes, who are built for colder climates, can still feel the effects of extreme cold. For dogs with short coats or smaller breeds, consider investing in a warm sweater or dog coat.

Also, don't forget to protect your dog’s feet with booties, and make sure they fit properly to avoid discomfort.

🐾Patient Spotlight: Miss Maggie!🐾
Meet Maggie, our brave girl who came to see us after not feeling quite herself. After an exam and imaging, our team discovered she had eaten pieces of bedding, causing a blockage. Maggie's foreign body surgery was successfully performed by our very own Dr. Thomas, and we're happy to share that Maggie is recovering well. 💙

We're so proud of Maggie's bravery and Dr. Thomas' skill and compassion throughout her treatment.
Way to go, Maggie -- we're all cheering you on during your recovery! 🐶✨
