Voltaren is an over-the-counter arthritis pain medication that main ingredient is Diclofenac Sodium. A client asked me to investigate any complications to her pets when applying to herself.
Well! I discovered it is an ulcerogenic Ie can cause stomach ulcers and kidney damage. So, it is advised not to pet your pets lick you afterwards. And especially keep out of reach of pets that could chew up the tube.
I am not a human doctor, but I would also extrapolate one should be cautious around kids or grandkids as well.

We helped sponsor this event in Nevada City a few weeks ago. It was a blast. We brought our foster boxer, and she chilled on my husband by a tree.
I even was a guest speaker!

Meet Dolly a 10-month-old akc fawn boxer. We have been fostering this little girl for the last few months. She is a lovebug and would happily sleep every night in bed with you but she is also crate trained. When we got her she had not had much socializing. Since then, she has gone on several car trips, Nor Cal Boxer Meet and Greet and The Paws and a Cause event in Nevada city. She is spayed, Microchipped, fully vaccinated and looking for her perfect home.
She will need a home with high fences and no cats or small critters. She does like other medium to large dogs. Not recommended for homes with children under 8 years as she can get energetic. Ok for meet and greets of all ages.

Last week I saw a beautiful Maine Coone. On a normal annual exam I noticed a hard area in his abdomen and recommended an radiograph. The owners said he was acting normal, eating, no vomiting and using the Litter-box.
Monday he got an xray

This is Creed. Isn't he adorable. I meet him this week at Sammie Friends on a vet check, and he just wanted to climb into my arms and be loved. They couldn't tell me how he is with other animals, so they recommend bringing your other dogs to meet him first. Could be a great Foster for the Holidays.
