🌵 Saguaro here with a little life update! 🐾

You may have seen me around before because I've been in rescue for a while. I'm still waiting for that special home of my own, and I want to make sure my future family knows what I need to be successful!

❤️ My ideal home has:
🏡 Very patient humans who will let me warm up at my own pace
🌳 A securely fenced yard
🐶 A friendly doggie sibling to play with and help me feel comfortable

I'm not really a social outings kind of girl. I prefer to enjoy my enrichment and interactions with familiar people in the comfort of my own space. I need a home that understands I may take some time to warm up, but once you're in my circle, you're going to discover one pretty amazing dog (if I do say so myself! My foster mom agrees! 😉).

My kennel is my safe spot when guests come over or foster mom heads to work, and I absolutely love sleeping on my bed in mom's room.

I LOVE my doggie friends and could spend hours playing outside! Being chased? Yes, please! A good game of tug-of-war? Even better! And according to foster mom, I should probably consider a career in surgery because I've mastered the art of the squeakerectomy. 😂

I know my perfect home is out there somewhere. I just need someone willing to give me the time, patience, and space to show them what a wonderful girl I am. ❤️

❤️ TWO DOGS ARE SAFE, BUT STILL NEED FOSTER HOMES! 🐾

We’re happy to share that we were able to get these two dogs into rescue! However, their current placement is only temporary, and they still need foster homes where they can settle in and begin their next chapter.

We understand that taking in a dog we know very little about can feel like a big step. If you’d prefer to foster a dog who has already had some time to adjust to rescue life, we have plenty of other dogs who are also waiting for foster homes!

There is no shortage of dogs who need a place to land. Whether you're willing to take a chance on a newcomer or would feel more comfortable with a dog we've gotten to know, we have a foster dog waiting for you.

💕 LuAnne is still waiting for her forever home!

This girl is a whole lot of puppy and an even bigger bundle of love! From her signature bottom-lip kisses to her full-body cuddle flops, LuAnne loves her people and isn't afraid to show it. 😂

She's smart, treat-motivated, kennel trained, and already knows sit, leave it, wait, and come. Like any young pup, she's still working on her manners, including keeping all four paws on the ground and remembering that walks aren't a pulling competition!

LuAnne is looking for an active family who can provide plenty of attention, exercise, consistency, and continued training. She's got so much love to give and is ready for a family of her own! ❤️🐾
