🌾🐮 FFA Friday Spotlight: Haylen the Highland Hero! 🐮🌾

We’re cheering on Haylen this week as she proudly shows Hank the Highland Bull Calf at the fair. Many of you may have met this dynamic duo during our Calf Cuddles at Action Wildlife, where Hank the Highland and Haylen stole hearts and educated our patrons about Highland cows and calf care.

Behind every blue ribbon is countless hours of feeding, brushing, walking, training, and learning — dedication that starts long before the show ring. FFA members like Haylen don’t just raise animals; they build responsibility, patience, and the knowledge it takes to turn effort into excellence. Haylen isn’t just raising Hank — she’s raising the bar. 🐮💪 Her hard work, patience, and dedication prove what FFA is all about.

Highlighting Beau's story wouldn't be complete without shining a light on his caretaker, Katie. A dedicated high school FFA volunteer, Katie has poured her heart into working with Beau. Together they help teach our patrons about raising and training cattle.

Katie and Beau, along with our other volunteers and Highlands, will take the ring at the Goshen Fair, this Labor Day Weekend!

Showing the ring what compassion and commitment look like.

Her dedication to his care is nothing short of inspiring.
