We understand that in order to provide your pet with the medical care they need, we must not only provide excellent medical services and have the most capable staff possible, but we also must take time and care to provide the owner who brings in these pets with thoughtful and respectful client service. We are always willing to take the time needed to explain your pet's condition and discuss options for the best care of your pet. At Litchfield Veterinary Hospital, our veterinarians have a special interest in dermatology, oncology, endocrinology, internal medicine and surgery. We have a state of the art facility with new digital dental radiograph equipment and a new ultrasound unit. Becoming a veterinarian has been Dr. Gumiran’s dream since she was a child—and now, she’s bringing her passion for internal medicine, surgery, and shelter pet advocacy to our hospital!

After completing her training in St. Kitts, she’s excited to care for pets right here in our community. When she’s not at the hospital, you’ll likely find her exploring the outdoors with her pup, Sally, or hosting a cozy game or movie night with loved ones. 🎬🐶

**ADOPTING PENDING** ADOPTION POST:
Hello meet [tumble]W**d! He is a 6-7 week old kitten that was found tossed on the side of the road by W**d Road. He came to us with some head trauma and some injuries. We do think little W**d has some vision impairment and cannot see 100% but he has recovered very nicely and is such a sweet and adventurous kitten! We are looking to find him a new home! Chi-fu came in a few weeks ago for a dental cleaning with Dr. A. She needed lots of snuggles and we all took turns. Heather, CVT got to do lots and lots of snuggling!

Dr. Marlor just saw her for a recheck and she is doing great. 🥰🥰🐾

Indie is receiving cold laser treatment from Mary Ellen, CVT with an assist from Dr. Trusock. 😎

Indie has been a little off with some back discomfort, she just just starter her laser treatment and she’s already got a little more pep in her step. 💕

We are happy to offer cold laser as another way we can help with arthritis/discomfort. Indie is too but she’s not saying much.
