Forgotten Felines and Fidos has been serving the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas since 1994 and has years of experience behind its dedicated volunteers. Come volunteer with us and make a difference in the lives of rescue cats!

Our shelter is run completely on volunteers who do what they do every day to help save lives and make a difference in the lives of the 100+ cats and kittens residing at our shelter. We are SO thankful for them!

There are so many tasks that our volunteers are on top of to keep the shelter running smoothly. Cat care shelter cleaning, surgery intakes and discharges, foster care, administrative support, adoption support, and fundraising support are just some of the things our volunteers are working on every day.

Did you know? Forgotten Felines has been serving the Lehigh Valley and beyond since 1994?
We have over 100 cats at our shelter on Mountain Road Germansville. We have young cats from 6 months of age to seniors that are 14 years of age who are adoptable. We have special needs blind cats. We have Leukemia positive cats who are some of the most loving cats. They have their own building- which no other shelter in this area has.
Our in house medical team and our dedicated volunteers take care of all these cats.
Kittens are in foster homes and they are shown at the shelter on Saturdays 12-4 PM.
We also have a low cost spay/neuter surgery program 2x/week at the shelter.

Tabby Tuesday! Yes we have a lot of tabbies- so many that not everyone fits in one posting! Tabbies are generally friendly and playful and have a lot of love to give to someone willing to give them a forever home.
We have all ages- ranging from 11 months to 8 years old. Check out our Petfinder for more info.
Our cats come with medical chart from our veterinarian and everyone over 4 months is spay/neutered, vaccinated, Combo tested, and microchipped.
Adoption and visitation on Saturday 12-4 PM. at 6022 Mountain Rd Germansville PA. Other days available by appointment with approved application. The application does not commit applicant to any specific cat.

Fall Back Friday!

We received this wonderful update on Hudson from his adopter!

"Hello! I adopted Hudson (now Benito/Bennie) back in December and wanted to give you a 6-month update!! Bennie is doing amazing; he's really come out of his shell and is sooo goofy. Him and Moe get along amazingly; they love chasing each other around and napping on the couch together. His all time favorite toy is his cheese toy, I've had to replace it a couple times because he is always throwing and kicking it around. Bennie sleeps on my pillow (now his pillow) every night (-: He loves everyone he meets and everyone loves him too—he is very well behaved, even at the vet!"

We are so happy for him!
