Individuallized dog training with Annie (KPA-CTP) to build a strong, happy, trusting relationship and better communication with your dogs. Each dog is different so we try to adapt to the needs and personality of our guests while keeping the balance of safety and peacefulness through out the pack.

We are located on 10 acres with a fenced-in back yard, walking trail in the woods, pool and a front porch that is a sunbathers paradise. Upstairs is our dog's romper room where indoor play happens during inclement weather, while the basement den offers a comfortable place to chill out on the couches while blocking out all noises from outside. Our experience with fostering dogs has given us the knowledge provide a safe, secure and peaceful home to all of our guests.

Foster Bria Roux visited Bionic Pets new location on Wednesday for her prosthetic device adjustments:
1. Increase the height to level her shoulders posture.
2. Add a wedge on the bottom to minimize pronation at the knee for better gait and stability.
3. Change to 3 straps so the device does not turn loose from the leg when walking.

After amputation of her side toe, which was irritated and inflammed in last October, she has been a lot happier and more comfortable wearing the device. She would even do zoomies and play more with our guest dogs.

She has gotten more comfortable with meeting new people, given her a little time. (See video in comments.) Thanks to Halfway Home Animal Rescue Team and all the supporters for saving her and giving her the best option with better mobility! 💕🐾💕

Nugget and I walked to the mailbox yesterday afternoon. He barely walked against the brush along the way, yet still picked up a tick, which found itself crawling on my leg a short time later.

Just a reminder, ticks are almost always present. And I think we all know, once you find a tick on yourself, you spend the next 2 hours reacting to imaginary tick crawling sensations. The ghostly tick tingle - grrrrrr

You don't have to go into the woods or on a long hike to pick up ticks, it is easy to forget.
