Last night, we had an attempted burglary in our building. Luckily our cameras picked up the intruder and nothing of value was taken. We don’t have a face shot on the camera because he was wearing a ski mask (no joke). Unfortunately he got out of the building before the police and our awesome employees could arrive. Thank you to the Galveston Police Department for their quick response.

It’s sticker burr season!!! 9 out of 10 dogs coming in for grooming have these pesky boogers stuck somewhere in their fur… or worse, between their paw pads. Our salon record is 36 on one dog. And sadly our local parks and dog parks are infested with them.

Today, we faced a deeply concerning situation that we feel compelled to share with our community. During a routine grooming appointment, we discovered two dogs in our care who were severely emaciated and infested with parasites. Our primary focus is always the health and safety of the pets we serve, and we take these matters very seriously.

Concerned for their well-being, we made the difficult decision to contact local animal services to ensure that the dogs receive the urgent care they need. It's never easy to take such steps, but we believe it is our responsibility to advocate for those who cannot speak for themselves.

We appreciate your support as we prioritize the welfare of these animals. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly. Thank you for your support as we navigate this challenging situation together.
