🎆**Booms, Bangs & Wagging Tails – July 4th Pet Safety Tips!**🎆
Fireworks may light up our skies, but for our furry friends, they can be terrifying! 😱 As we get ready to celebrate this Friday, July 4th, CARE Veterinary Center wants to help keep your pets safe and sound. 🐾❤️
Here are some paw-some safety tips:
🐶 Keep pets indoors – Even if they’re usually fine outside, fireworks can cause panic and unexpected escapes.
🐱 Create a safe space – Turn on a TV, play soft music, and make a cozy den where they can feel secure.
🦴 Don’t bring them to fireworks shows – Loud noises + crowds = stressed-out pets.
🍔 Watch the snacks – BBQs are fun, but bones, onions, and chocolate can be dangerous for pets.
💊 If your pet needs calming medication to handle fireworks, don’t wait—call your primary care veterinarian ASAP! Appointments and prescriptions are filling up fast.
Let’s keep tails wagging and not shaking this holiday weekend! 🐕💥🐾
Stay safe, and give those pets a little extra love from all of us at CARE! 💙
