“I want my horse boarded within 30 minutes of me.”

I hear this ALL the time…Heck, I was guilty of it in college. I had a busy school schedule with a full time job, that didnt leave room for much barn time, let alone more drive time 🙄. However, I still ended up driving 40+ minutes to my boarding facility? Why? Quality care. Let me say that again.

In a world so focused on time, it’s hard to find a place that puts the extra effort into “caring” for your horse. Is driving that extra 10-20 minutes worth that extra “care” to you?

Here at Sundown Stables, going the “extra mile” isn’t extra to us. It’s our routine responsibility. And that is why you can see some of our boarders travel even over an hour for our “quality care.”
