A fantastic weekend at the for the Kentucky Dressage Fall Classic with Vinnie and Stella!

✨ Marcella Dhority () & Stella had their best show yet, earning strong scores in Level 1 Test 1 and Training Level Test 3—including a qualifying score toward 2026 Regionals in Training Level 3 🎉. This pair has worked so hard, and it’s been incredible to watch their progress shine in the ring.

✨ Rachel Ardery & Watercolor (“Vinnie”) had a great weekend with solid scores throughout and two 🥈 finishes in First Level Test 1 in the Open Division and good scores in Training 3. Vinnie gave me some brilliant moments and helped me earn my very first qualifying score toward my bronze medal! Certainly different from the hunters but we had a blast!

Both horses exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be prouder. A huge thank you to for your thoughtful, accurate, and supportive coaching—we are beyond grateful for everything you do for both Marcella and me.

This Monday has ALL the feels.

I am not sure where to start. Maybe the fact that Roxy has been with me for 2.5 years (and for sale) and everytime she has had a potential person, something crazy happens due to no fault of her own- and it falls through.

[Insert God] and the quote- “not your time, God’s time”. I have no other explanation. I will save the world the details but Jojo rode Roxy for the first time ever at Brownland farm for 20 minutes then went in the ring the next day with her and won almost every single class including the all day warm up. I knew immediately when she sat on her that this was somehow her horse….

Fast forward through a series of events, and here we are: with happy tears, I get to congratulate Jojo Strandberg on the purchase of the one and only Roxy “Cajun Spice” 🎉. Over the past 30 days, I’ve watched them blossom into such a beautiful pair, and I’ve never seen a horse so happy to have her own kid.

It’s bittersweet as Ellie transitions to semi-retirement and Roxy steps into some very big shoes. Ellie taught Jojo how to ride effectively, how to love a sassy mare, and gave her a year full of wonderful memories. I know Ellie hand-picked Roxy—one bay mare passing the reins to another 🤎.

A heartfelt thank you to Roxy’s owners for your patience, your trust, and always doing right by your horses until the perfect fit came along.

And Jojo—HAPPY SWEET 16, GIRLIE POP! 💕💕 We love you and couldn’t be more excited for you and Roxy!

Celebrating the official “keeps” of this handsome boy and the new partnership between Indiscretion (“Luis”) and Harper Holleman!

Tall, dark, and handsome, Luis checks every box and couldn’t be happier to have his very own kid to love and take care of. I can’t wait to see this pair shine in the show ring — I know he’s going to bring Harper countless years of success and special memories.

Congratulations, Harper, on the most handsome (and fanciest!) boy in the barn. 🖤✨

GAMBLER 🤎 -

12-year-old, 16.1½ hh Registered AQHA Gelding.
This sweet and funny guy is a joy to ride. He’s comfortable with three quality gaits, a soft mouth, a fancy, elastic trot, and a big step. He has a nice jump and is currently coursing around 2’6” - 2’9” with plenty of scope for more.

Good choice for a good riding teen or adult on a budget looking for a partner to put the finishing touches on that has potential for the 3 foot. Still needs a little fine-tuning and hand-holding at shows, but his talent and personality make him a rewarding horse for someone to finish. Loves to hack out and would even make a great practice horse for someone!

Meet Elliot! 2010, top of the line (13.1 7/8) medium welsh pony gelding. Elliot is suitable from the short stirrup to the division, with a good record and many wins in the children’s. Seasoned and knows his job. Pony finals? He has been there and done that. Kind, brave and always ready for snacks. His current rider just wrapped up Pony Finals, and now that he’s sadly outgrown, he is looking for his next best friend to take care of.

Push ride and auto changes. Good ground manners and very easy to have in and around the barn. Has not put a foot wrong since arriving. Many videos available upon request.

Surprise!! 🎉 Baby tank wanted a brother [insert Birdie] 😁😂.

Birdie / First Class just landed the BEST home and mom any horse could ever ask for. It is with the biggest smile and happiest heart that I Congratulate on the purchase of this very special, extremely handsome, unique, talented and already spoiled, perfect boy!!

The right one will always come along when you least expect it and he certainly showed up right on time. This partnership is already off to a great start and I am excited to watch this team grow and kill it in the show ring.

Taylor, welcome to the dark side of always being noticed in the show ring. Sky’s the limit and I am excited to be on this journey with you and BOTH boys!

Congratulations to Mara Byrum on her full lease of Ice 🩵 These two are starting to form a wonderful partnership and I am excited to get them in the show ring this fall!

Congratulations to Emily Walker on her partial lease of the one and only, T-REX 🦖 (Troy). Troy picked Emily and it’s been fun watching them grow as a team.

So easy to get to the ring and loves to horse show, stall to ring. 13yr old, 16.1 well bred and registered QH mare. Miles in all 3 rings. CONFIDENCE boost for a kid or adult who likes a forward thinking ride and mares. Lovely trot movement, auto lead changes, and will jump from anywhere, every single time. Will happily hack out and trail ride + hunter paces.

This mare deserves a home that will love her for all she has to offer and we are motivated to make that happen for her. Owners flexible on lease, lease to purchase and purchase options but we do prefer to lease her.

Franco/ Limit (USEF # 5696958) - If you are looking for a lovely packer type for a kid, junior or amateur this is your guy! Franco is an 9 year old imported KWPN gelding, 16.2 hands. He is handsome, knows his job, very sweet, safe & very comfortable + very tolerant of mistakes and will always try to get you to the other side. Super fun guy to do a eq course on. Uphill ride and NICE, CONSISTENT canter. He doesn’t care where he is, extremely well traveled, has shown at Brownland, Wellington, WEC Ocala, Tryon and at the Texas Rose Horse Park. Suitable from the 2’ and up, has shown up to 3’3” in the 15 and under Junior Hunters and even packed around the short stirrup. He is happy to do any job and ALL RINGS, versatile horse, has easy changes and requires basic prep at shows! Very large pony like!
