So after a long grueling and panicked stricken few days. Hiccup is out with his brother and girlfriends and back to himself.
Yesterday during my lessons I looked over and thought he was dead. He was struggling bad and Jim thought we should call the vet and put him to sleep.
I told him that I wasn’t ready and later he tried to p**p and actually was impacted. After giving him milk of magnesia an e***a and syringe feeding him mash and molasses. He was walking around the house this morning and today he was playing and head butting his brother.
He ran in tonight and was so so perfect. I’m so happy, relieved and beyond grateful for all the help and prayers. Merry 🎄 Xmas ❤️❤️❤️

Hiccup UPDATE:
He is a fighter. He has not eaten in 2 days and is on pain meds. I keep waking up a few times a night but and praying I walk down stairs and he is still with us and by some miracle he has still been laying there looking at me and given me little Eskimo kisses.
Right now it’s just a waiting game to see if he pulls through and either passes a stone or they start breaking up and he recovers 🙏
My little buddy is so so sweet, he doesn’t care that he is not with the others, he is so happy to be with us.
Please keep 🙏 praying. Idk what I’ll do without him, he is so special …. Not like the others. 💔😢

In 1965, a school arranged a field trip to a riding center. All the children rushed to the energetic ponies — except one.

A quiet boy named Aaron stood alone. He stuttered badly and was often bullied.

A giant draft horse named Marlow, usually uninterested in children, walked toward him.

Not the loud kids.
Not the fearless ones.
Only him.

Aaron placed his hand on Marlow’s neck — and for the first time that day, the boy smiled. The instructors noticed Marlow lowering his head gently, something he’d never done for any other child.

Aaron whispered,
“Thank you for picking me.”

Sometimes horses don’t choose the strongest child…
They choose the one who needs strength the most. 💙🐎

Not out if the woods yet.
He had a procedure done and lots of meds.
Very stressful and he is in a fragile state right now.
We will keep you updated and all your prayers are greatly appreciated. ❤️🙏

He has a blockage that is preventing him from going p*e. 😭
