Good morning! Aristotle here! My sister Confucius and I want to thank you for keeping us in the running for the extra funds the folks at Rocket at providing each week. The $25 for $25 match is back up for today so please donate if you can!
For those that want to understand why we are pushing so hard, here is the philosophy behind it. Because - you know. Aristotle and Confucius. It's what we do.
It's not just one prize, it's several stacked together, and every one helps us - cats and kittens:
Right now: being in the top organizations for number of individual donors (by 8/10) earns an extra $1,000.
Next week: the organization that raises the most that week wins $2,500.
The week after: we could win $4,500 for the most unique donors coming from Rocket employees — any amount counts. Even $5!
All month: the top organizations overall win grand prizes ranging from $5,000 to $25,000.
None of that is guaranteed, but it means a $5 gift from someone new can matter just as much as a big one. That's why we keep asking. Every donor moves us forward, not just every dollar. Thanks for bearing with the frequency this month.
