Today we're celebrating the incredible accomplishments of trainer Rachel Markowitz, who has officially earned her CBCC-KA (Certified Behavior Consultant Canine - Knowledge Assessed) certification! 🎉🐾

In April, we shared the exciting news that Rachel received her CPDT-KA certification, and the dedication, passion, and hard work she's invested in her education are a true reflection of the care she brings to every dog and family she works with. We are so proud to have such talented and knowledgeable trainers on our team.

In addition to this achievement, Rachel recently represented K9 Turbo Training at Nanny Day 2026, where she shared valuable information about creating safe, positive relationships between children and dogs. We're proud to see her helping educate caregivers and making an impact beyond our training facility.

This work continues today, and it’s something we can all be part of. We invite you to turn reflection into action by supporting local Black-led organizations, getting involved in community efforts, and staying engaged in addressing racial inequity in our communities. Listening and learning matter, and so does showing up ❤️💛🖤💚

Week 4 Indoor Reactive win! 🎉

These pups have been working hard building confidence and learning new skills around their triggers. This week they were able to come out from behind their visual barriers and practice movement exercises while staying successful in their training bubbles. 🐾 💙

Today, we are saying goodbye to trainer Maddy as she begins an exciting new adventure in Arizona.

Over the past two and a half years, Maddy has been an invaluable part of the K9 Turbo Training team. She has led countless group classes, supported hundreds of dogs and their guardians, and brought a genuine passion for teaching to everything she does. Her kindness, knowledge, and commitment to every dog she has worked with have left a lasting impact on our team and our community.

While we are incredibly sad to see her go, we couldn't be more excited for her as she starts this next chapter. We know she will continue changing lives, both human and canine, wherever her journey takes her.

Thank you, Maddy, for everything you've brought to K9 Turbo Training. We are so grateful for the time we've shared, and we'll be cheering you on every step of the way!

Arizona is lucky to have you. ❤️🐾
