Your dog needs to feel safe with you. Be calm, fair, and reliable — trust is the foundation of everything.

Use consistent cues, body language, and tone. If your dog doesn't understand what you want, you can't expect them to succeed.

3️⃣ Set Boundaries
Structure helps your dog feel secure. Boundaries aren’t mean — they give your dog clarity and reduce confusion.

4️⃣ Consistency
Dogs thrive when the rules are always the same. Follow through, reward good behavior, and don’t change expectations randomly.

5️⃣ Have Fun & Play!
Play strengthens your bond. Whether it’s tug, fetch, training games, or goofing off — your dog should enjoy being with you.
