My name is Chris Sutton, and I bring over 30 years of professional dog training experience to help you and your dog live happier, calmer lives together.
As a retired police K-9 supervisor and trainer, I have worked with some of the highest-level working dogs. However, my passion is helping everyday dog owners build better relationships with their pets. I work with all breeds and all ages—from puppies to senior dogs.
Whether you're dealing with behavioral issues or simply want a more obedient, well-mannered companion, I can help.
I work with:
• Obedience and listening issues
• Jumping on people
• Biting and nipping
• Leash pulling and walking problems
• Behavioral challenges
• General manners and household structure
All training is conducted one-on-one in your home because real results happen where your dog lives every day. I am based in Elkton, Maryland, and serve the surrounding area. I am also willing to travel farther for a small additional fee.
As an animal behaviorist, I focus on understanding why a behavior is occurring so it can be corrected effectively, fairly, and permanently. In most cases, owners see significant improvement within two to three visits.

Tracking is an awesome way to give your dog both physical AND mental exercise, while building confidence and letting them do what dogs naturally love to do… USE THEIR NOSE! 👃🐶
🎒 What you need:
• 15-foot lead
• Harness
• Your dog’s favorite toy or treats
🐕 Worried because your dog isn’t dog-friendly?
DON’T BE! You will NOT have to work closely with other dogs. We can give everyone the space they need to succeed.
⚠️ CLASS IS LIMITED TO ONLY 10 DOGS!
