Unfortunately, we had to cancel our spay/neuter clinic scheduled for Sept 12th.

The good news is, it's because we will be in the middle of construction, expanding our bldg to be able to accommodate more of these clinics. It doesn't look like the addition will be completed by Sept 12th and we do not have enough room for both. If you see it advertised anywhere and you try to register, it will not be there. So sorry for the inconvenience and thank you all for seeking to get your cats fixed!

Our next clinic is scheduled for November 7th and will be published and advertised 1 month out. We will be posting that when it happens.

I want to thank everyone for being so patient when reaching out for help. I've been in and out of the hospital this last month, once for an unexpected kidney stone, then a scheduled neck surgery. I'm still in the hospital, hoping to get better real soon.

On a positive note, we passed our variance request to add on to our bldg. Once we sign the commitment paperwork, then permits can be pulled and construction started. We'll keep everyone posted on our progress!

We just love our property! This gal stood watching us paint our shelters ❣️

We honestly hope that this isn't the end of the story! Thank you Humane Society of Elkhart County and Executive Director Rob Laroy for speaking out against this inhumane act!! And thank you The Meow Mission for organizing this rally.

Humane Society of Elkhart County Executive Director Rob Laroy says the shelter had plenty of room for cats when Jayco RV workers instead decided to kill them in a trash compactor.
