Hello my friends, just giving a heads up that I will be taking some days off on grooming and boarding on certain days for sure. Here are some of the dates we will be closed: April 18-20
May 9-11/ May 23- 26/ June 13-15 / July 4-6 /July 25-27 / Aug.15-18
Grooming appts.are limited so you must give atleast a 24 hr notice of canceling or you will be charged accordingly. Your one and only groomer; Kathy! Much love 🥰

Can one of our shelter pets (dog or cat) spend their Thanksgiving with you? Be a 🧡

✔ Sleepover bags are packed!
✔ Treats are included!
✔ Excited and grateful shelter pets will be ready!

Now we just need YOU! If you will be home this Thanksgiving, one of our shelter pets would much rather spend their time with you vs. in their kennels. Can you volunteer your time to give an adoptable shelter dog or cat a temporary home for the holiday? You can make a difference in a pet's life for a couple of days.

We are looking for Thanksgiving Day fosters who:

1.) Are not traveling.
2.) Can pick up on Wednesday, 11/27 by 3pm.
3.) Can return on Monday, 12/2 by 4pm. (Return is also available, at the earliest, on Saturday, 11/30 by 2pm).

We are most in need of people with no other pets and those who have a "quieter" Thanksgiving Day setting. If you do have other animals in the home and are interested in being a holiday foster, please still contact us! We may have a pet-friendly pet that would love the company!

All you need to do is give us a call (219) 872-4499 and we will email you an application! It is that simple! Please make this Thanksgiving special for one of our MHS pets🧡
