Just a little appreciation post for the incredible Sila Shepherd (Pastore della Sila) 🐾❤️
For a breed that is historically a dedicated livestock guardian from Calabria, Italy, they have the absolute biggest hearts. Loving, non-dominant, and so deeply loyal to their family and farm.
They might still be rare over here, but anyone who has ever met or owned one knows just how special these gentle giants truly are. Total perfection! 🐶✨

Taking a quiet moment today just to breathe and be deeply grateful for this messy, beautiful thing called life. 🍂✨
It’s so easy to get caught up in the daily rush, chasing the "next big thing" or worrying about what's ahead. But today, I’m pausing to appreciate the ordinary magic right in front of me: a warm cup of coffee, a good laugh, the sun peeking through the clouds, and simply having another day on this earth to figure it all out.
Life isn't always perfect, and it definitely has its challenges. But I'm realizing there is always, always something to be thankful for if we look closely enough. True wealth isn't about having everything; it's about realizing how much you already have. ❤️
I'm incredibly thankful for the people in my life who make the journey so much sweeter (yes, that includes many of you reading this!).

With our upcoming Governor race and really wanting to know who would do the best job for our great state of Colorado and the people it represents. I used AI to generate comparison charts for each Canedate. Who do you think would be better for us as a whole? Who has the actual potential to help us working folks to create better living situations for ourselves and our families. I am not looking at this as a red vs blue or a way to divide us. But what actually will make our lives better

Real talk: I am completely running on fumes today, but looking down at my feet makes it all worth it. 😴🐾
My Saturday turned into a total survival-mode marathon: scrambling to handle last-minute work plans that threw off our entire schedule, trying to find a quiet second to write my book, and running around like a chauffeur for kids' karate.
But through all the pure chaos of this day, I look at her and just feel completely blessed. Having a loyal Sila Shepherd right by my side is the ultimate grounding force. She is the most patient, affectionate guardian, quietly keeping me company and soaking up all the madness without missing a beat.
The schedule might be stressful, but my heart is incredibly full. I honestly don't know how I'd survive the weekend juggle without my big, furry shadow. ❤️
Now, please send more coffee. Or a nap. Or both. ☕️🏳️

True power is knowing your pack has every single corner of your soul covered.
In my world, love comes in three distinct, beautiful Sila Shepherd forces:
There is Quinny, the absolute stoic and calming presence. Quinny is my anchor in the storm, the quiet observer who moves with ancient dignity, reassuring me without a single sound that everything is under control.
Then there is Nessa, an absolute abundance of exuberant love. Nessa is pure, unfiltered joy—a beautiful reminder that love doesn't have to be quiet to be deep, shaking the room with a passion and devotion that lights up the darkest days.
And right in the middle is Jasper, the classic goofy middle child. Jasper keeps our feet on the ground and a smile on my face, breaking the tension with his playful spirit and reminding us all not to take life too seriously.
Together, Quinny, Nessa, and Jasper don't just protect my home; they complete my spirit. They teach me how to be still, how to love out loud, and how to laugh through it all. I am fiercely protected, endlessly loved, and completely unstoppable with them by my side. 🐺❤️✨
