Our AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Class is almost full!

📅 Begins: Wednesday, August 5
🕕 Duration: 4-week course

This class is designed to prepare dogs for the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Test while building the real-life skills every dog should have. We’ll cover polite greetings, loose leash walking, stays, recalls, supervised separation, and remaining calm around everyday distractions.

🐾 Hey friends, it’s Aeyah! 🐾

I wanted to let you know there are still a few spots available in my Group Obedience Class beginning Tuesday, August 4th from 5:45–6:45 PM!

Over this 6-week course, we’ll work on:
🐶 Sit, down, stay
🐶 Loose leash walking
🐶 Recall (coming when called)
🐶 Focus around distractions
🐶 Everyday manners and confidence in a group setting

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to strengthen your dog’s foundation, this class is a great way to build real-life skills while having fun!

What a weekend at the Klimb Classic! 🐾💙

Atlas had an incredible weekend, earning his first two Q’s in CAT and is now just one qualifying run away from his first CAT title! 🎉

Both Atlas and Archie also gave CAT a try on Saturday for the first time and had an absolute blast flying down the course! Throughout the weekend they kept both their minds and bodies busy by competing in barn hunt, trying brush hunt (which they absolutely loved!), speeding through Fast CAT and stopping by scent work, where Atlas worked on giving clearer indication signals.

A huge shoutout to the amazing Brush Hunt team—we had so much fun and can’t wait to do more!

We were also so proud to help Schmidt through his very first competition weekend. He jumped into barn hunt, brush hunt, scent work, and Fast CAT like a champ and absolutely rocked it! 🌟

While we cheered on Inez in dock diving (not pictured), Atlas and Archie also had the chance to try so many sports alongside their best friend, Bear. Weekends like these are a great reminder of how much dog sports enrich our dogs’ lives—building confidence, strengthening teamwork, and giving them healthy outlets to do what they were bred to do.

A huge thank you to pampered.pawsllc hosting the Doggone Crazy Canine Carnival! 🐾🎉

We loved spending Friday evening with so many amazing dogs and their people. Seeing all of the smiling faces, wagging tails, and everyone enjoying the activities made it such a fun event. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, participate, and support our local dog community.

Enrichment is so much more than just tiring your dog out. A fulfilled dog gets opportunities to use their body, brain, and natural instincts every day.

When we meet these needs, we often see more confidence, better focus, reduced boredom, and calmer behavior. Enrichment doesn’t have to be complicated—it just needs to give your dog a chance to be a dog. 💛

Small daily habits create big changes

Training doesn’t always have to mean setting aside a long session with treats and a clicker. Some of the best training happens during your everyday routines!

Practicing a sit before going out the door, waiting calmly for meals, kennel training, sitting for leash/collar changes, waiting for permission to get out of the car, or simply rewarding calm behavior throughout the day are all small ways to build skills and strengthen communication with your pup.

These little moments teach patience, impulse control, and good manners while helping your dog learn that training is part of everyday life — not just a scheduled activity.

Consistency over perfection. A few minutes of intentional practice each day adds up! 💛
