Happy New Year, everyone!
As we begin a new year, we want to share a few upcoming changes that will help us continue providing the loving, reliable care you trust us with, while also supporting our growing family.
Last year, we held off on raising our rates because we know how tight things have been for many families. To continue caring for your dogs the way they deserve and to keep our small family business sustainable, we will be adjusting our rates beginning March 1, 2026.
Bookings made before March 1, 2026 will remain at our current rate of $30 per dog, per day.
Bookings on or after March 1, 2026 will be $35 per dog, per day.
We will also be enforcing a clearer policy around drop-off and pick-up times when changes are made without prior approval. Since we personally run the business and our family is growing up fast, advance notice helps us plan and be fully present for both our guests and our family.
Additionally, we will be introducing a small convenience fee of $4.50 for credit card payments that will be effective immediately.
None of these changes come lightly. We truly value every family who trusts us with their dogs and every referral you share. Your support allows us to keep doing what we love, with care, intention, and heart.
