Puppies are officially 2 weeks old!! Most eyes are opening! 6 females and 3 males

We wanted them to get a little bigger before taking pics. They are so much smaller initially than we’re use to, so packed in there we didn’t think Cedar was carrying that many as a first time mom. They are all growing good and healthy now!!

It was a little touch and go, momma Cedars milk wasn’t coming in right away. We lost the smallest puppy at 1 day old and another one went down hill a couple days later that sadly did not make it after a lot of effort to keep her going. It was a rough several days of bottle feeding many little mouths around the clock.

We are out of the woods thankfully and Cedar is being a great momma and everyone is eating good and feistier than ever!! These puppies are fighters!

We are going through the deposit list now. Thank you everyone for being patient on the updates!
