Halloween Safety:
Accidental pet escapes
Continuously opening and closing your front door to greet trick-or-treaters gives eager pets the opportunity to slip outside, become frightened, and get lost or injured. Ensuring pets have current identification tags and a microchip will increase their chances of being returned safely.
Halloween Bucket Safety:
Keep your pets away whether it's the candy or the glow sticks getting chewed on. Precaution on the location or candy sorting happening
Pet stress and anxiety
Halloween’s music, costumes, crowds, and decorations intended to scare young humans can make pets uncomfortable and cause anxiety or stress. Keeping pets calm is an essential part of a pet-safe Halloween plan.

Fun Facts:
I have had this dream for years to work with animals
Favorite part of this job is being able to see different pets and seeing various issues in Dr. Dorn's eyes.
Favorite busy snack would be cheese along with an energy drink
Outside of work you can find me painting and embroidering anything

Vet Tech Appreciation Week- Meet Audrey
Fun Facts:
I started out as a kennel attendant in 2023 and now officially a Vet Tech this year
This has been my calling since I was very young
I love the variety I get to experience here, from helping clients and their pets to working cattle.
Outside of work you will find me enjoying the great outdoors from hikes, fishing or on the lake in the boat during the summer with a smile on my face.
