Some stacking progress

Rafael has been working super hard on a lot of commands! We have been really working on building the 3 D’s: Duration, Distance, and Distraction. In these pictures it had all 3 of them! Duration: holding our sit and down command for a few seconds. Distance: moving away and having him hold either command (down we can’t add distance to, cause that one is hard for us). Distraction: the mechanics were working on several trucks and made a lot of noises!

Vojai is picking that weave up nicely! Only her second session on it and she’s rocking it. We worked on hoop and jump at Starmark Academy!

May 1st can’t come soon enough. Rafael is going to be such a fun, goofy, and a sweet dog. I cannot wait to get my hands on him as well as see where this little guy will go. Call Name: Rafael. Kennel Name: (it’s a surprise 🤗). This boy is going to do great things. Once our themed photoshoot has been taken I’ll be announcing his call name.

He is a prospect for sports: Conformation, Agility, Protection Work/Bite Work, FastCAT, Rally, Obedience. So really all the things. I’m wanting a well rounded dog and he will be. The work that will go into this dog will be insane and certainly new to me. I’m already so excited. He will be learning German commands, which Vojai has started working on, so that is super fun and new (to me).

I am so excited to be getting a pup, and hopefully one that can keep up with Vojai, and really get her spark back. She needed a companion that could keep up. She loves her brother, Tucker, but as he aged and his back disease has progressed he can’t keep up with her anymore. She’s driven and has dabbled in several sports and soon to be more. She was also a prospect for me and will continue to be.

Cannot wait to see where this boy takes us.
