Mel is not sedated, he just really LOVES his cat bag and his Karen.

What's a cat bag you ask?? 🐈‍⬛👜
It is used for restraint when giving medications and/or providing treatments to patients. The bag is designed to keep both the patient and the staff safe.
Mel just so happens to travel in his bag instead of a carrier.
