We were honored to officially begin our next custom home this week for this special family 🏡
The kids got to help us kick things off, which made for a memorable start to the process.

As builders, it’s always special knowing the homes we create become part of a family’s story. This land is already filled with 4-wheeling, fishing, hunting, ball games, and so much more fun, and now we get to build the home where those memories will continue for years to come.

We just wrapped up this multigenerational home in Suffolk, VA!

🔹 4 Porches
🔹 5 Garage Bays

This one was designed to bring a family together under one roof while still giving everyone their own space. With so many moving parts, it was a bigger build than most and required a lot of coordination along the way.

We’ll be honest, this project stretched our original timeline more than we expected, but our clients were patient, our team stayed with it, and we got it across the finish line. We received the CO yesterday and are proud of how it turned out.

We are grateful for clients who trust us with projects like this and for the people behind the scenes who make it happen.
