Today we’re continuing our staff appreciation by giving a little extra love to our amazing CSRs! 🩺📞

Our client service representatives are often the first friendly voice you hear and the first smiling face you see when you walk through our doors. They juggle ringing phones, scheduling appointments, answering questions, comforting worried pet parents, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes — all while making sure our clients and their pets feel welcomed and cared for.

Veterinary medicine takes a village, and our CSRs are such an important part of ours! Their patience, compassion, hard work, and dedication help make Chelsea Animal Hospital feel like family. 💙

This Vet Tech Appreciation Week, we want to give a little extra love to Lindsay and Alex, our two incredible licensed veterinary technicians at Chelsea Animal Hospital! 🩺

✨ Lindsay brings an incredible 20 years of veterinary assistant experience before becoming licensed earlier this year. As our Lead Tech, her experience, knowledge, and ability to jump in wherever she’s needed make her such an invaluable part of our team. Her passion for patient care is truly remarkable and something we all admire. We are so proud of her journey to becoming licensed and so thankful for the wealth of knowledge and compassion she brings to our patients and clients every single day!

✨ Alex has a special gift for making people feel cared for and welcome. As our Engagement Specialist, she goes above and beyond to provide exceptional client and patient care and make sure our clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She also makes it her mission to keep our team laughing and enjoying their day! Her positive energy, big heart, and ability to bring a smile to the people around her make her such a special part of our CAH family.

While these two bring different strengths to the table, they share the same heart for veterinary medicine and the people and pets we care for. We are so lucky to have them on our team, and we hope they know just how much they are valued and appreciated! 💕🐶🐱
